2. Connect one end of the IEEE 1394 cable to the IEEE 1394 port on the
back of your printer.
3. Connect the other end of the IEEE 1394 cable to your computer’s
IEEE 1394 port.
Installing Printer Software for Macintosh
After connecting the printer to your Macintosh, you need to install the
printer driver and utilities included on your printer software CD-ROM.
Follow these steps:
1. Turn on your Macintosh and your printer.
2. Insert the printer software CD-ROM in a CD-ROM or DVD drive.
Double-click the EPSON CD-ROM to open its window.
3. Double-click the icon for your model: Printer Driver Installer
Photographic Dye or Printer Driver Installer EPSON Archival Ink .
4. Double-click the Installer icon.

Turn off all virus
protection programs
before you install your
printer software.
