Introduction
The Risco Services InstallShield Wizard provides all the services and Web applications required for the Risco
Access Control (RAC) system together.
1.1
Prerequisites for Installing Risco Services
The list of services and their prerequisites are described in the following table.

Services Before you install RMAC Services, you need to ensure that the following services are running on the respective
machines:
• Distributed Transaction Coordinator
• Message Queuing
• Message Queuing Triggers
• NCache Clustered Nodes should be created (Refer to A.
