• Press
on the remote or press and hold PREV ( ) for a reverse
search at 1x normal play speed. Press again for 2x, 4x, 8x and 32x
normal play speed. Press PLAY (
) to resume normal play mode.
Search speeds are: 2x, 4x, 8x, 32x for DVD and 4x and 8x for audio and
video CD.
Search speed and direction are indicated on the screen for 2 seconds
each time the controls are pressed.
Special DVD features
Title/disc menu
DVDs may contain menus to navigate the disc and access special
features. To use the menu:
• Press MENU. If the current title has a menu, the menu will appear on
the screen.
• Press
/ / / to highlight the desired selection.
• Press SELECT, PLAY or MEMORY on the remote or PLAY/SEL or
MEM on the front panel to select the highlighted feature.
Player menu
This menu allows you to view possible options for the current disc.
• Press DISPLAY on the front panel or OSD on the remote.
• Press
/ / / to highlight the desired selection and make
changes.
• Press DISPLAY or OSD to toggle through other menu bars and to
remove the menu from view (after the Title/Chapter menu bar).
Camera angle
The disc you are viewing may contain sequences recorded from different
camera angles. If this is the case, an angle icon will appear showing you
the number of available angles and which angle is currently being
viewed. You can then change the angle if desired.
