Symptoms Possible Cause/Remedy
The player does not respond to
the remote control
• Aim the remote directly at the
sensor on the front of the DVD
player.
• Inspect and/or replace the two
AAA batteries in the remote.
• Remove any obstacles between
the player and remote.
• Ensure that the system is not
disabled via the 3 and 5 buttons
on the main radio face.
Buttons do not work
• Operations may not be
permitted by the disc. Refer to the
instructions of the disc.
