Symptoms Possible Cause/Remedy
No DVD audio from the rear
speakers
• Press the headphone/speaker
(
/ ) button on the DVD
player or remote or 2 and 4 radio
buttons together for Single Play
mode.
• Increase the volume on the
radio control.
• Adjust the radio fade setting.
• Press the radio AUX button for
DVD/CD mode (there will be no
sound in Auxiliary mode without
an audio device connected and
operating).
• Turn the system off then on
again to re-attempt.
No wired headphone audio
• Press the 2 and 4 radio buttons
together or the headphone/speaker
button on the DVD player or
remote for Dual Play mode.
• Check the headphone
connection
• Increase the volume at the DVD
player or remote
• Press the radio AUX button for
DVD/CD mode (there will be no
sound in Auxiliary mode without
an audio device connected and
operating.)
