IDLER PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD REMOVAL
AND REPLACEMENT
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.
Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the technician or
machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. For your safety and to avoid elec-

DESCRIPTION
The following procedure will aid the technician in accessing and removing the idler printed
circuit board for maintenance or replacement.

5/16" Nut driver
5/16" Wrench
1/4" Nut driver
Static grounding wrist strap
