Dir. Listing
This menu selection allows you to view the file listing of both internal and external
memory modules. Under each sub menu choice, file names are displayed on the
LCD, one at a time, by pressing the RIGHT or LEFT arrow key.
Delete File
This menu selection allows you to delete a file from any of the memory modules.
The file is deleted by selecting the desired file from the directory listing of the
selected memory module and pressing the ENTER key. The confirmation
message “Are you sure?” will be displayed on the LCD with “No” as the default
selection. The file is deleted by pressing the RIGHT arrow key to change the
selection to “Yes” and pressing the ENTER key.
Format Module
This menu selection allows you to format any of the external memory modules.
Select the desired module to be formatted, press the DOWN arrow key and then
the ENTER key.
Print Directory
This menu selection allows you to print a listing of all files and their sizes in any
memory module. The total size of the memory module is also printed. Select the
desired memory module and press the ENTER key. Note that the Page Width
must be set equal to the width of the media actually installed in the printer for
proper operation.
Module Info
This menu selection lists the type and size of each external memory module.
Individual modules are selected by pressing either the RIGHT or LEFT arrow
keys.
