RADIUS Access Challenge

A RADIUS server can require additional information from the user in addition to user name and password. The type
of information will depend on the authentication method used by the RADIUS server. After Dominion KSX sends
the initial ACCESS-REQUEST packet, the RADIUS server can return an ACCESS-CHALLENGE packet. The
ACCESS-CHALLENGE packet will contain one or more reply messages for the user. Dominion KSX will display
the reply messages and ask for the user’s answer to the RADIUS server’s challenge.
In the remote application, the RADIUS Challenge dialog box will be displayed after the normal login dialog box.
Enter your answer and click on the [OK] button.

RADIUS challenges will also be asserted at the Dominion KSX Local Admin Console.
