15 Mechanical Information
The PCI7x21/PCI7x11 device is available in the 288-terminal MicroStar BGA
package (GHK) or the 288-terminal
lead (Pb atomic number 82) free MicroStar BGA
package (ZHK). The following figure shows the mechanical
dimensions for the GHK package. The GHK and ZHK packages are mechanically identical; therefore, only the GHK
mechanical drawing is shown.
