Pineapple Coconut Pound Cake
Select Batter Breads cycle.
Stir, use a spatula to fold in any flour around the sides of the pan.

butter, softened 1⁄4 cup
sugar 3⁄4 cup
salt 1⁄2 tsp
coconut, grated 1⁄2 cup
all-purpose flour 2 cups
