Parameter adjustment

• Adjust in the menu item "Adjustment“ the

unit "m“.

• Enter in the menu item "0 % at m…“ and

"100 % at m…“ the values 0.00 and 0.30 (if
30 cm should correspond to 100 %).

Only carry out the offset correction at this
point if both sensors are unpressurised.

If you want to carry out the adjustment in bar,
you have to enter the differential values of the
pressures.

If you want that the gauge difference of 30
cm is shown in the meas. value indication in
cm, you can carry out a scaling (see "7.4
Scaling“).

Adjustment without medium

The easiest way to carry out the adjustment
without medium is to do it using the adjust-
ment unit "m“.

Adjustment with level measurement in
pressurized vessels

For the adjustment of measurement loop
TAG1 (level), you can proceed in the same
manner as with the adjustment of a single
measurement loop. The adjustment can be
either carried out with or without medium
(product).

Measurement loop TAG2 (gauge pressure) is
adjusted without medium, preferably in "bar“.
For level measurement (TAG1), an adjust-
ment of TAG2 is not necessary.

Also, the adjustment of measurement loop
TAG3 (total pressure) must not be carried out
if you only want to know level of TAG1. Often,
the total pressure is the requested measured
value, e.g. if, in a filling system, the filling
pressure must be measured and controlled.
In this case, carry out the adjustment without
medium in "bar“.

Adjustment with level difference and pres-
sure difference

The adjustment of this linked measurement
corresponds to the adjustment of gauge
difference and is therefore not described
separately.
