Receiving a Secured Fax
To receive a secured fax, you need to follow the preceding section to first set the
SFax Hotkey (the Program button) to be “Secure Rx”.
To receive secure fax,
1.
Make sure the SFax Hotkey as been specified as “Secure Rx” function.
2.
Press the Fax button on the control panel.
3.
Press the Program button and the LCD-display shows the following
information.
Secure Rx
PIN:
4.
Enter the pin number of the secure fax. For example, 234.
Secure Rx
PIN: 234
5.
Press the Start button to print the secure fax.
