5. Using PC-Fax
With the PC-Fax feature, while your computer is connected to the MFP, you are able to
send files to other fax destinations through your computer. Simply open your file, select
“Avision AM7100NF Fax” as your printer, and enter the recipient’s fax number. The fax job
is done! Yet before using the PC-Fax function, make sure a telephone line has been
connected to the telephone jack at the back of the MFP and that you have successfully
installed this MFP’s printer driver on your computer.
Sending Faxes through Your Computer
1.
Open your file.
2.
Choose Print from the File menu.
3.
Select Avision AM7100NF Fax to be your printer.
4.
Press Print.
5.
Enter your fax number when a fax number dialog is prompted and press
OK to start sending.
