Adding a New Fax Group on the Control Panel
1.
Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

Press WX, Num

Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “8. Phone Book” appears on
the display.

Press WX, Set
3.
Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “83. Group
Dial” appears on the LCD-display.

4.
Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.

Press WX, Set
5.
Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.
1-Touch:
Press Num, Set
6.
Enter your group number, for example, 05. The LCD shows current phone
directory.

abc
7.
Press the Right-arrow button continually to select member of the new group.
Add 1-Touch:05
abc
8.
If you wish to add abc (name of one of the directory) as the member, press
the Set button. The LCD-display shows the fax number of the abc to let you
check if the number is correct.

Press the Set button to continue. The LCD shows the following information.
