Accessing the NetScan Images From the Network

To access the scanned image from the network,

1.

Connect the product to your local network environment via a network cable.
(Make sure your computer and the product are in the same domain in your
local network environment.)

2.

Make sure you have completed installing the MFP’s driver on your computer
since the NetScan program is part of the driver. Open the NetScan program
by choosing Start>All Programs>AM7100NF>NetScan. Or click the
NetScan shortcut on your desktop. The NetScan user interface will be
prompted as shown below:

Type your NetScan Job ID in the Input ID field.

Specify the location to save the scanned document on your computer.

(a) Click the Browse button to choose your path.
(b) Choose your desired folder name from the Folder Name drop-down list.

Option includes No, File Format, Date, Date+Time.

(c) Specify your file name prefix in the first part of the Prefix Name field.

(Default is Image.)

(d) Choose your desired file name suffix from the drop-down list which

includes Serial Number, Date, Time, Date+Time.
