Enter your fax number. For example, 1234567 and then press the Set
button. If the LCD-display shows “Setting OK”, this means you have
successfully added a new fax number to the phone book.

Editing a current fax number on the control panel

Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

Press WX, Num

Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “8. Phone Book” appears on
the display.

Press WX, Set

Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “82. Speed
Dial” appears on the LCD-display.

Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.
Select Speed

Select your speed dial number which you wish to edit with the Right-arrow
button. For example, 01.

Press the Set button and LCD-display shows the name of the speed dial.
