When you create a new inspection ("New Inspection") in On-Line mode, this acquisition parameter
configuration panel appears:
• Stop Live : Stops transfer of video flow to PC Graphic User Interface activated by sensor (Live mode);
• Live Status : Indicates when Live mode is active;
• Sensor Settings : The result calculated by the exposure meter may not be satisfactory. The image
might be too light or too dark. Image quality may be improved by manually adjusting exposure
("Exposure Time”) and ("Gain") settings;
• Pointer : Turns Pointer on and off; this feature provides more accurate centring of the shot
• External Illuminator : Enables or disables external illuminator (if any) (connected to Strobe pin of M12
8-pole connector);
• Internal Illuminator : Enables or disables internal illuminator;
Set Reference Image : When you have selected the target object and set exposure parameters, you
may set reference image by clicking this button in the Setup Bar.
If you select item "Open Inspection from PC"
either in Off-Line or On-Line mode, will open a previously stored inspection. A window opens where
you are asked to select the file that contains the inspection. After making your selection, press the
"Open" key and the Graphic User Interface is initialised using those parameters.
