Opening the
HP OfficeJet Printer Options
1. When you choose
File/Print
in a Microsoft Word document, the Print
dialog box appears.
2. Click the
Printer...
button in the Print dialog box to display the Print
Setup dialog box. Each of the printers available to you is listed.
