Displaying a Container’s Global Container Write Cache Size

The

global container write cache size

attribute indicates

the number of blocks dedicated to the write cache for a specific
container.

To display a container’s global container write cache size, use the

container show cache

command, as in the following example.

In the example, the Global Container Write Cache Size item
indicates a size of 63332352 bytes.

HPN0> container show cache 0

Executing: container show cache 0

Global Container Read Cache Size : 5345280

Global Container Write Cache Size : 63332352

Read Cache Setting : DISABLE

Write Cache Setting : DISABLE

Write Cache Status : Inactive, cache disabled

Displaying a Container’s Read Cache Setting

The

read cache setting

attribute indicates whether the read

cache is enabled for a container.

To display a container’s read cache setting, use the

container

show cache

command, as in the following example. In the

example, the Read Cache Setting item shows that the read cache is
set to DISABLE.

HPN0> container show cache 0

Executing: container show cache 0
