11.5.1 Lever replacement

The lever must be replaced if external damage is present that represents a danger for user

and device upon further use.

Procedure:

1. Drive out dowel pin (pos. 1.2).

2. Remove lever (pos. 1.1) and replace with a new one.

3. Reinsert dowel pin (pos. 1.2).

11.5.2 Changing the piston or the piston sealings

The piston sealings must be replaced if there is a permanently leakage on the piston / wiper.

If you see damages on the piston itself, when changing the piston sealings, the piston has

also to be replaced.

ATTENTION!

The piston itself may not be dismantled, it has to be replaced by a new one.

Additional repairs on the piston itself may only be made, when:

- You have participated in a corresponding LUKAS service training course.

- You have the express permission of LUKAS customer service (by

request, check on the grant of permission. A check is necessary in each

individual case).

11.5 Repair (hand pump)

NOTE:

The article description and the reference number of all listed position numbers

could be found in the spare parts lists.

ATTENTION!

Because LUKAS devices are designed for the highest performance, only

components may be replaced that are listed in the spare parts lists of the

corresponding device and whose replacement is described here.

Additional components of the equipment may only be replaced if:

- You have participated in a corresponding LUKAS service training course.

- You have the express permission of LUKAS customer service (by request,

check on the grant of permission. A check is necessary in each

individual case).
