LEVELING PROCEDURE
This unit is designed for leveling with the scissors lift disconnected from the
towing vehicle
This unit is designed to be used with the outriggers deployed and locked at all
times when not in the trailer configuration
Inspect the ground where the jacks will contact. If the ground is soft, move
the unit to firmer ground
With the control switch on the control box in the ground position, push the
green button marked „LEVEL MACHINE‟
If machine will not level:
Problems could include the following:
o
Dead battery,
o
The slope that the machine is on is over five degrees: reposition machine
o
Either of the two emergency stop buttons is pushed
(one of the emergency stop buttons is on the platform).
o
Failed or out of adjustment outrigger switches: Each switch has a built in
test light and is located under sensor shield. The light must be
illuminated when switch is active.
Sensor test light
