Q. The EZWatch Pro software is not able to run after installation and shows this message error?
A. Please install the "Compression support" software from the CD-ROM that come with the system by
doing the following steps:
1. Insert the CD-ROM into the drive, the EZWatch Pro installer should come up automatically and list
all the available software.
Note: If the EZWatch Pro installer does not start automatically, click "Start", then "Run" and execute
the file "Setup.exe" on the CD.
2. Click the "Compression Support" software link.
3. Click the "Next" button to continue.
