Click on “Acquire”,” Connect” to initiate
instrument connection.
This screen sets up communication parameters
for the instrument. The XDS instrument has a
unique driver.
Highlight “NIRSystems XDS-series Instrument
Driver” and click on “Configure”.
This box allows the user to select
the instrument by serial number.
The IP (Internet Protocol) address
is also shown.
Use the drop-down arrow of the
IP Address box, and select the
correct instrument. The
instrument must show “Available
Port=2083” to be selected.
Click “OK” to exit the dialog box.
