A3 Tx
You can scan A3 document to send it.
The input methods are the same as above transmission modes. However, press 【A3】
button at the left on the LCD instead of the 【 】 button in the last step.
On-hook Dial
Use this when you can call your receiver first, and then scan and Fax the documents.
1 Place the original on Exposure Glass or or ADF.
2 Press 【On-Hook】 button and set it to On.
- You can make sure a beep sounds from the speaker at this point.
3 Enter the receiver’s number.
- Use the number pad to enter the number directly in the case of 【On-Hook】. Speed dial and address
book are not supported in this case.
4 Check the calling sound from the receiver.
If you dialed a wrong number or there is no response, press 【On-Hook】 【 】 or 【 】 buttons to return to
the [On-Hook] mode.
5 When you hear the calling sound, press 【 】 button to fax the document.
6 Completing the transmission of the document, the machine automatically switches to [On-Hook] mode
with setting to Off.
- Broadcast Tx is not available with in case of sending FAX by [On-hook]
