- Make sure both sides of Duplex are closed.
7 In case of the paper not visible from the front side, remove the paper by opening the rear side cover.
101 Paper Jam ( at Tray 1 area)
1 Pull Tray 1 softly.
(The handles for pulling out the tray are located on both sides).
