Trouble 15: Network Not Connected

Troubleshooting: Check the cable

-

Wired network in use.

If it is connected properly, check the LED is blinking. If it is not blinking, the network is not

connected properly. To see if the network cable has a problem, connect the LAN cable
(which is connected to the MFP machine) to other terminals to make sure it is working
properly.

-

Wireless network in use
In case the wireless network adaptor works normal, LED on the adaptor will be on when
switching on the machine. Make sure the LED on the adaptor is on

Troubleshooting

If LED on the Wireless adaptor is normally on, make sure of SSID of the wireless
AP to connect, and the password if necessary, and try to connect it again.
If the wireless AP is not searched, it may be there is a problem in the wireless AP or
the reception sensitivity is too weak. In case the wireless AP is not found, check if other
terminal devices(PC or smart phones) can search that AP and the sensitivity level.
If the level is low, place the wireless AP and the machine closer than before.
