3 Select Duplex for the original and the paper, and press OK.
4 When using the flatbed scanner, if Duplex output is selected, “Scan Next Page” appears after scanning
the documents. Now, place the other side of the Original Contact Glass and press 【 】 button. The original
is scanned again and automatically printed on the other side. The first scanned page is copied on the front
side of paper.
5 In case of scanning with ADF, the odd numbered page is copied onto the front side, and even numbered
page onto the rear side.
Note
- Duplex can be used only when specifying the output paper size to “A4” or “Letter”.
- Duplex can be used with the combined copy function together.
Copy Quality
Select the scan resolution of the originals. High quality provides excellent print quality compared to the general
quality, but the scanning takes longer.
1 Press Copy to go to the copy setting mode
2 Press Extended on the upper right side in the screen and press Copy Quality
3 Select either one of Standard quality or High quality, and press Close.
