THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. WARRANTOR’S OBLIGATIONS AND THE
CONSUMER’S OR OTHER BUYERS REMEDIES UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS STATED. ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ON THE PART OF THE WARRANTOR AND ANY SUPPLIER OR DEALER ARE
