Check Ticket Fault

If the

TicketPress receives data to print and no ticket has been inserted, the printer will sound a long beep and

Ticket Out

will display.

To clear the fault:

1. Make sure a ticket has been inserted, is aligned with the ticket edge guide, and inserted far enough to be

aligned with the print line indicator.

2. When the ticket is inserted properly, the printer will automatically continue printing.

Note

The ticket sensor may be disabled as described in the “Options Menu” on page 9. This is not
recommended for normal use as printing without a ticket installed causes additional wear on the
print head and causes ink to be deposited on the platen surface.
