To use the Edit Fixture window:
Step 1. Open Edit Fixture window using one of the following methods:
a. Double-click on fixture’s icon in Context Grid.
b. Double-click on fixture’s ctx or fixture name field in Fixture table.
c. Select multiple fixtures in Fixture table (using cmd or shift), then double-click on one of the fixture’s ctx
or fixture name field.
Step 2. At Edit Fixture window make changes to properties as required. During this process, the window will place
a green checkbox beside edited fields.
Step 3. Changes can be cleared using the green checkboxes, or the changes accepted and applied by clicking the
Commit button.
Fixture values that are edited to be different from the profile data are considered "overrides." Fixtures with overrides
will have a magenta dot indicator in the Fixture table. If the Edit Fixture window is opened again these overrides can
be cleared, thereby reverting to the original property from the fixture profile. (In other words, you don’t have to
remember the original values.)
