Cleaning The fat filter should be cleaned after every use. To remove filter,
the fat hold It by the handle and lift upwards. Place the fat filter in a
filter saucepan, add approximately 1 tsp. of automatic washing pow­
der or 1 tsp, of dishwasher powder and cover filter with water.
Bring to the boil and leave to soak for approx. 30 mins, or longer
depending on the degree of soiling. Make sure the solution does
not boil over as it could mark your hob, Rinse filter in Clearwater
and dry. For light soilage wash in a 65 °C dishwasher pro­
gramme.
