Description： This function can get power on status for resume or restart.
Returns： 0:Resume
1:Restart
Purpose： Set auto power off timer.
Syntax： void SetAutoPWOff(int slTimer);
Example call： SetAutoPWOff(0);//Always on

Description： This function can set auto power off timer. The range is from 30 to
65535(s),
If the value is 0, that means always on.
Returns： None
Purpose： Get auto power off timer.
Syntax： int GetAutoPWOff(void);
Example call： int slAPO;
slAPO = GetAutoPWOff( );

Purpose： Set statusbar display/no display.
