high-performance solution.
UBA filters massive, complex log data and displays the information in a
form. With such information, the operator can learn the overall state of
the network, fast discover and locate network problems, and plan
network resources rationally, thus making the network more stable and
improving network quality.
Service Operation Manager
Service Operation Manager (SOM) is a solution to the operation and
maintenance of enterprise IT networks. It focuses on the key service
switching and operation part in the ITIL lifecycle, and support for flows
related with IT network operation and maintenance.
With the flow management capability, SOM makes all IT operation and
maintenance activities—for example, configuration changes and
troubleshooting—controllable, measurable, and auditable.
Based on the automated operation and maintenance capability provided
by a unified CMDB, custom flow framework, and self-service framework,
SOM manages assets, configurations, changes, requests/events/faults,
troubles, and the knowledge base in ITIL service operation and
maintenance, and provides Service Desk as the unified management
portal for IT network services.

Applications Manager (APM) is developed based on the IMC platform to
