Operator Manual
• To cancel one alert: In the Active Alerts table, click the alert that you want to cancel
and click the Cancel Alert button.
• To cancel all the alerts: Click the Cancel All Alerts button.
Viewing the statistics for the service
The Statistics tab provides performance information about the GV STRATUS Playout service
as well as any known performance issues being experienced by either the GV STRATUS
Playout service or Microsoft Azure.
The Today’s Transmission Statistics pane contains the daily statistics for all channels and
each channel separately. The statistics are displayed both as a list and pie chart and include
the following data compiled over the last 24 hours:
• Transmitted Events: the number of events broadcast.
• Total Hours: the total number of hours of playout.
• Skipped Events: the total number of skipped events.
• Failed Events: the total number of failed events.
• Outage Duration: the total number of hours of service failure.
• Performance: the percentage of time the service was available.
The Transmission Statistics History pane contains the statistics for the overall service over
the last 30 days.
You can also receive email notification of the statistics. For more information, see
Requesting a daily transmission report , on page 131.
To view the Statistics:
1 In the top menu, click Home.
2 Click the Statistics tab.
3 In the Channel list, click the channel for which you want to view the statistics.
