Theory of Operation
This chapter consists of an overview of the PDR200 and brief descriptions of the
modules that provide the video CODECs and storage, and the movement of data
through the system. The overview of the PDR200 provides a basic understanding of
the operation of the Profile Video File System to support module-level servicing. The
overview begins with a description of the general flow of information in the PDR 200
followed by a look at implementation in hardware.
