5.2.1 Assembling the Filter (cont.)
4. Place the crumb tray in filter pan.
5. Replace the pan covers and install the filter
pan into the cabinet. Ensure the connections
are fully engaged. Ensure the filter pan
opening is directly under the drain tubes to
avoid splashing hot oil. The fryer is ready for
filtering.
