The other person picks up the fax machine handset to answer.

Tell the person who answers that you are transferring the call, and then
press .

Note that if you press before the other person answers on the fax
machine, the call will be disconnected.
•
If no one answers when you page the fax machine, press once again
to return to the initial caller.

Transferring a call from the fax machine to the cordless
handset

During the call, press on the
fax machine.

The cordless handset makes a special
ringing sound.

The other person presses any key (except ) on the cordless
handset to answer.

Tell the person who answers that you are transferring the call, and then
replace the fax machine’s handset.

Note that if you replace the handset before the other person answers on the
cordless handset, the call will be disconnected.
•
If no one answers when you page the cordless handset, press
once again to return to the initial caller.
