You can use the cordless handset to change the reception mode on the fax
machine, and listen to messages received in the answering system.

Listening to messages received in the answering system
You can use the cordless handset to listen to messages received in the
answering system.

The answering system is explained in detail in Chapter 3.

When you have received new messages in the answering system, NEW
MESSAGES appears in the cordless handset display.
