Settings
Using the Setup Display
By using the Setup Display, you can make
various settings such as the language for
OSD, subtitles, audio and others. For details
on each Setup Display item see page 64
through 67. For an overall list of Setup
Display items, see page 78.
The on-screen displays differ
depending upon the player model.
How to use the Setup Display
For examle, to change the language for the
on-screen display, operate as follows:

While pressing SHIFT, press V twice
when the player is in stop mode.
The Control Menu is displayed.

Press v/V to select (SETUP),
then press ENTER.
The options for “SETUP” appear.

Press v/V to select “CUSTOM,” then
press ENTER.
The Setup Display appears.

Press v/V to select the setup item from
the displayed list, “LANGUAGE SETUP”
in this case. Then press ENTER.
The selected setup item appears.

Select an item, “OSD” in this case,
using v/V, then press ENTER.
The options for the selected item appear.
