Raise the automatic document feed-
er.

While turning the document feed
knob in the direction of the arrow,
gently pull out the original.

Close the document feeder cover.

Load the documents removed in
step 2 back into the tray.
Replace the document page that
was misfed, according to the page
number indicated in the display.
