It is possible to lock the overwrite inhibit facility for
individual files in VTR MEMORY

the file to be locked, and press (LOCK) to lock
it.
If
(LOCK) is pressed again, the facility is
unlocked.
The locked or unlocked mode is displayed in the
file status.
