Encrypting the Configuration File

For security purposes, you can encrypt the configuration files. However, if the configuration files
are encrypted, they cannot be edited or reviewed for troubleshooting purposes.

To encrypt the configuration files:

In the Utilities menu, check the Encrypt configuration file checkbox. The Configuration files will
be encrypted when they are exported to disk and decrypted when they are imported.

Exporting and Saving a Backup Configuration File

You may save the SSL VPN Concentrator configuration settings to a backup file and then import
the saved configuration file later.

To save a backup version of the SSL VPN Concentrator configuration:

1. From the Save or Restore Configuration section of the Utilities menu, click Export. A screen

will display prompting you to Open or Save the file.

2. Click Save.
