PAUSE/REDIAL

Press repeatedly to view the
last 10 numbers dialed

Press to view directory

REMOVE

While playing a message, press to
delete the message (page 75).
While reviewing the caller ID
information, press to delete an

While predialing, press to delete

One-touch keys, EXT 1-0

Press to intercom with the desired
cordless extension number (page 50).
Press and hold to broadcast your
voice to that extension (page 54).

/PTT ALL

Press to page all extensions. An intercom
connection is established with the first extension
that answers (page 50).
Press and hold to broadcast your voice to all
extensions (page 54).

Directory card

To write names on the directory card, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the clear plastic cover by inserting

the tip of a small item such as a paperclip
into the hole at the top edge of the cover.

2. Pull out the directory card.
3. Write the information on the directory card.
4. Replace the directory card and the

plastic cover.
