The directory is full. You cannot save new entries unless you

The system memory is full. You cannot record new messages
unless you delete some old messages.

mailbox X A message is transferring from the general mailbox to a particular
private mailbox.

headset jack at
base There is no audio device connected to the AUX IN jack at the
telephone base.

registered There are no handsets or headsets registered to the base to
