Data Number 30 - Advance Position ON Distance

Data Number 31 - Advance Position OFF Distance

When Parameter 00, D-No. 0A (Option Setting) is set to a number other than zero, these

settings control the “On” and “Off” of the Timing Signal while the press is advancing.

(Data number OA set to [1~9]xxx)

Data Number 33 - Return Position OFF Distance

(Data number OA set to [1~9]xxx)

When Parameter 00, D-No. 0A (Option Setting) is set to a number other than zero, these

settings control the “On” and “Off” of the Timing Signal while the press is returning.

Data Number 33 - Load Rate Change (Method 2-2)

It sets the load value for detecting load rate increase when the operation method is [Load

Rise Detection].

Ramp up speed and time value at start of cycle.

Initial speed is performed during initial time.

Time High Limit (used prior to V2.0)

Maximum time allowed to reach Interference Check Load (Part Check Load High) or

Interference Check Distance (Part Check Distance) from start of cycle.

Operation will stop if this time is exceeded.

Time High Limit (used prior to V2.0)

Maximum time allowed to reach Target Distance or Target Load from Interference Check

Load (Part Check Load High) or Interference Check Distance (Part Check Distance).

Operation will stop if this time is exceeded.

Data Number 42 - Press Time (Method 3)

The amount of time the press will run after reaching [18: Time Start Load].
