In the Advanced Settings window, note the highlighted application
pool: Application Pool in the General section of the window; this is
the ITIRegistration Application Pool. Click OK to close the Advanced
Settings window.

Next, select Application Pools in the left navigation pane of the win-
dow.

The Application Pools appear in the right pane; select the ITIRegistra-
tion Application pool (see steps 5 and 6 to determine which application
pool is the ITIRegistration application pool). Once the ITIRegistration
Application Pool is selected, right-click to view the right-click menu.

At the right-click menu, select Advanced Settings. The Advanced
Settings window for the selected ITIRegistration application pool
appears. In the Process Model portion of the Advanced Settings win-
dow, select Load User Profile.

Select the drop-down arrow in the Load User Profile field and select
True from the list that appears to set this setting to true and enable the
application pool.

10.

After you have configured the application pool to true, stop the applica-
tion pool processes by selecting Stop in the Application Pool Tasks
section of the Actions pane that is found in the far right portion of the
window.

11.

Next, select Restart in the Application Pool Tasks portion of the
Actions navigation pane to restart the processes.

12.

When you have restarted the process, you are finished configuring the
ITIRegistration Application Pool. Close the IIS Manager.
