Information for Current ISRP Users
If you are new to IntelliTrack ISRP, skip ahead to the next section “Pre-
Installation Considerations” on page 3 .
If you currently use IntelliTrack ISRP v6.0 or higher and are upgrading to
v7.x, please read this section in order to prepare for the installation process.
Pre-Installation Process when Upgrading
If installing an upgrade, the previous version of ISRP Workstation Applica-
tion MUST BE REMOVED from your system BEFORE installing the new
software.
Before you remove the previous version from your system, create a backup
copy of your database. You may back up your SQL Server database by
using Enterprise Manager or Management Studio, or for MSDE use the
batch utility, backup.bat found in your application directory. For complete
