ID for a state in advanced mode and
Capture ID (see Capture ID definition ) in easy mode.
Return Value
Shows whether ExcludeOOB is set or not.
Remark
For each capture item (corresponding to StateId), ExcludeOOB specifies whether OOB Signal
must be excluded from the sample or not. Shows whether ExcludeOOB attribute is set or not.
