Path and name of file.
short iStartLayerID Layer ID of start packet to save. (see SAS Layer definition )
int nStartPacketIndexInLayer Start packet index in a layer.
short iEndLayerID
Layer ID of end packet to save. (see SAS Layer definition )
int nEndPacketIndexInLayer End packet index in a layer.
Return Value
If function call is correct, return value is zero. Otherwise, contains an error code.
