BOOL bEnable Specifies whether to enable error generation on
outgoing frame of a SCSI command.
int nFrameType Outgoing frame type. (see SSP frame type definition )
short iFrameNumberInCommad Number of frame in a command.
Int* pnErrorCode
Error code. If the function call was corrected, the error code
is zero.
